Keshni is an expert in transforming your business through human center design strategy, story structure, and technology. She is quick to get to the essence of things, identifying the root problems, looking at things through an innovation lens; is a seasoned and certified Project Management Professional, and is energized by streamlining the task path to the solution.

With a decade of experience on projects in the corporate financial services sector in Africa and the UK, and another decade on projects in international development organizations both in southern Africa and the USA, Keshni has an established track record in Information Technology, Project and Program Management (PMP certified), Stakeholder and Change Management & Ideation and Innovation. She has led small project and large department teams of over 50 globally located staff.

Her evolution to run her own consulting business was a long time in the making. Through this work, she has found particular joy in working with women entrepreneurs, diverse businesses, and racial justice programs . She consults at the intersection of technical IT skills and human principles of design. A deep knowledge of story structure elevates her thorough change management and communications skills. Ghostwriting for digital audiences, corporate presentations, TEDx talks, speeches, and even books, have been added to her repertoire.

Keshni is also a speaker, an author, and the host of her own podcast (The Signal Fire Series: https://anchor.fm/keshni-washington ) She is a VONA (Voices of Our Nations Arts Foundation) Writing Workshop, Tin House Writing Workshop, and George Washington University JMM Alumnus.
